How to clean the rust on clothes
Sprinkle 15% acetic acid solution (or 15% tartaric acid solution) on the stain, or soak the rusted part in the solution for about one day, and then rinse it with clean water. You can also wet the rusty place with 10% citric acid solution, then soak it in concentrated brine, rub it the next day and rinse it.
If the white cotton fabric is stained with rust, use a small spoon to scoop a handful of oxalic acid and put it on the stain, then sprinkle some warm water, gently rub it, and then rinse it with clean water. Pay special attention to fast operation to avoid oxalic acid corroding clothes. This method can not be used for many times.
According to the degree of clothing rust pollution, take out several vitamin C tablets, grind them into powder, sprinkle them on the rust of soaked clothes, and scrub them several times after full immersion to remove the rust.
If there is not much rust on clothes, it can be removed with clothes rust remover. Aim the remover at the dirt and spray it evenly. After staying on the clothes for 3-5 minutes, rub it repeatedly for several times, and then rinse it with clean water for several times until the dirt is removed. Pay attention to determine the amount of rust remover according to the amount of dirt. Too much or too little is not good.
If it is the rust on the wheel hub, it can be cleaned with paint iron powder remover. The specific method is to wipe the wheel hub with a semi wet and semi dry cloth, then spray rust agent, stop for 10-15 minutes, and then wipe it with a soft dry cloth. If the rust is serious, spray the rust remover again and wipe it after a while.
The easiest way to wash off rust: use several fresh lemons, squeeze out lemon juice and sprinkle it on the rust stain. After the lemon juice is soaked in the clothes, rub it with your hand and repeat it several times until the rust stain is removed, then wash it with soapy water, and finally rinse it with clean water.
How to wash away the rust
1. A quick method is oxalic acid, which is very common in chemical products. Of course, it can not be used directly. It needs to be diluted, about 1:5, washed and removed in warm water at about 50 ℃, and then rinsed with clean water. Grind 3-4 vitamin C tablets into powder, sprinkle them on the soiled part of soaked clothes, and then scrub them with water for several times to remove rust stains. In case of rust stains, the rust stained part can be soaked with 10% oxalic acid and citric acid water mixture, and then immersed in concentrated brine, which can be washed after 1 day.
2. In fact, if the clothes are stained with rust, it can be washed with simple materials. For example, when we eat lemon in daily life, squeeze out the lemon juice and apply it to the place where the rust is washed, we can wash the rust. After the rust is washed off, rinse the lemon with clean water.
3. First wet with boiling water, then wash with sour milk, and finally wash and dry. You will find that the rust stains on the clothes are gone.
4. It's also OK to use disinfectant, but it's only limited to white clothes. Other colors may damage the color. Drop the disinfectant on the rust and rub it with your hands to wash off the rust and then rinse it. The above methods can solve the rust on clothes.
5. Soak the clothes in water containing 2% acetic acid and rinse them with water after two or three minutes. If there are few stains, you can also dip a cotton swab in water containing 5% acetic acid and wipe it on the stains again and again, and the rust stains on the clothes will disappear.
