In the windows folder, slide down the manual slider to find a system32 folder and double-click to open it.
In the system32 folder, find a folder called config and double-click to open it.
In the config folder, drag the slider down to find a SAM file, which is the file containing password information. Copy this file to your USB flash drive. Then move the file from the USB flash drive to your computer where you forgot your password.
So you can restart it successfully. After starting up, you need to change the password of your computer again. Open the control panel
Open the user account management option in the control panel.
In the user account, create a new password for your account. If the file you replace contains the password, you need to change the password. In this way, the problem of forgetting the password is successfully solved.
Precautions
