Hard conditions for applying for civil servants
(1) having the nationality of the people's Republic of China;

In addition to some special positions and highly professional positions, the central organs and their institutions directly under the provincial level mainly recruit personnel with more than 2 years of grass-roots work experience. Institutions directly under the municipal (prefecture) level and below (including units managed with reference to the civil service law) shall set up a 10% - 15% plan to recruit college student village officials who have expired their service and passed the examination, "three supports and one assistance" plan, "special post plan for school teachers in rural compulsory education stage", "College Student Voluntary Service Western plan" and other service grass-roots project personnel, as well as college graduates and retired soldiers who have served in the army for more than 5 years. If the recruitment position clearly requires grass-roots work experience, the candidate must have corresponding grass-roots work experience. Grass roots work experience refers to working experience in party and government organs at or below the county level, state-owned enterprises and institutions, village (community) organizations and other economic and social organizations. The experience of working in military regiments and units equivalent to regiments or below, and the experience of retired soldiers in active service in the army can be regarded as grass-roots work experience. The calculation time of grass-roots work experience is up to October 2019.
Active servicemen, non fresh graduates in school, on-the-job civil servants and staff of organs (units) managed with reference to the civil service law cannot apply for the examination.
Those who have been criminally punished for crimes, those who have been expelled from the Communist Party of China, those who have been expelled from public office, those who have been listed as the object of joint punishment for dishonesty according to law, those who have been found guilty of fraud and other serious violations of employment discipline in the recruitment of civil servants at all levels, and those who have been dismissed for less than 5 years, And those who are not allowed to be employed as civil servants according to laws and regulations shall not apply for the examination.
