Generally, when we can go to QQ but can't open the web page, it is due to the DNS parsing error. Below, I sorted out the relevant methods of how to do if the computer browser can't open the web page and go to QQ for you. I hope it will be helpful to you!
Step 1: clear DNS resolution cache
Our system will cache some DNS addresses we usually use. The purpose of this function is mainly to speed up our access to the network. But sometimes these cached DNS addresses are abnormal for some reason, which will cause our web pages to fail to open. At this time, all we have to do is clear the DNS addresses cached by these systems.
2. Press the "enter" key in the following figure, and then press the "enter" key on the keyboard to pop up the dialog box, as shown in the figure below
3. In addition, you can click "Start > all programs > Accessories > command prompt" in turn, as shown in the following icon note
4 next, enter "ipconfig / displaydns" in the pop-up command prompt window, and we will see that there are multiple DNS addresses we have used before in the system, as shown in the figure below
5 then, we enter the command "ipconfig / flushdns". This command is used to clear the DNS resolution cache, as shown in the following figure
Finally, we open the browser and re-enter the URL we want to open.
Step 2: manually set up DNS resolution server
If we still cannot open the web page after clearing the DNS resolution cache of the system, it may be that the DNS resolution server used by our current system has failed. Generally, we get the IP address and DNS server address automatically through the router, so what we need to do next is to try to manually set the DNS resolution server address of the system.
Taking Windows 7 as an example, first find the "network display icon" in the taskbar at the lower right corner of the system and click the left mouse button, as shown in the figure below
Next, click "open network and sharing center" in the pop-up network information display window, as shown in the following figure
Then in the pop-up window, click "change adapter settings" on the left, as shown in the following figure
Next, in the network connection window, find the network card we use to surf the Internet. Right click and select "attribute", as shown in the following figure
In the properties window of the network card, find internet protocol version 4 (TCP / IPv4), and then click "properties", as shown in the following figure
In the attribute setting window of Internet Protocol version 4 (TCP / IPv4), click "use the following DNS server address" below, enter the corresponding DNS server address in the DNS server address column on the right, and finally click "OK", as shown in the following figure
Note: 8.8.8.8 this DNS server address can be used. Of course, you can also use the DNS address of your local broadband service provider
After setting the DNS resolution server, open the browser and re-enter the web address.
