Schematic steps of setting method of wireless network DNS

Many times when we are connected to the wireless network, we still can't access the Internet. It may be the problem of DNS. We need to set the DNS of the wireless network. Here are the methods I have sorted out for you about the DNS setting of the wireless network. I hope I can help you!

Setting DNS on your computer

Click the network signal sign in the lower right corner, and then click to open the network sharing center

After opening, click [change adapter settings], and the XP system is a network neighbor - open the network connection. In short, you can find the wireless network connection

Select wireless network connection, right-click properties, select network protocol IP4, and then set IP6

You can manually set the IP address. The DNS of Guangdong Unicom is 221.5.88.88 and that of Telecom is 202.96.128.68. If you don't know, you can ask Baidu or call Unicom or telecom customer service. Click OK after setting.

Set DNS on Router

If the router sets up DNS, please log in to 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.0. The router login address and account password are in the label behind the router. Friends who don't know can go to have a look and write it down.

After logging in the account and password, generally click Advanced settings.

After entering the setting page, see? DNS settings can be set by clicking in.

For example, I set this DNS, and then confirm that it will take effect after restarting the router.
