There are many kinds of computers. The latest and more practical all-in-one machine is very suitable for playing games and watching TV, but sometimes when there is a black screen on the all-in-one machine, how to solve it? Next, I will share with you the solution to the black screen of the all-in-one computer. I hope it will be helpful to you!
I. check whether the computer components are firmly inserted
First check whether the monitor cable is firmly and reliably inserted into the host interface, and then check whether the contact between the graphics card and the motherboard I / O slot is good. If necessary, please remove the graphics card and re insert it to ensure that the security card is inserted in place and in good contact.
II. Confirm whether the display is damaged
If the monitor and graphics card are firmly installed, please try another monitor that is confirmed to be normal. If the screen is no longer black, the reason is that the display may be damaged.
III. confirm whether there is a problem with the fan
If the monitor is not damaged, further check whether the CPU fan is running. In case of operation, use a multimeter to measure whether the voltage output is normal to ± 12V and ± 15V. If it is abnormal, change a power supply for a try.
IV. detect CPU, graphics card and memory module
If the black screen still appears, remove all components except CPU, graphics card and memory module, and then power up the computer. If there is a memory failure, there should be an alarm sound. If it is not due to memory, please change a normal CPU and start it again for detection. If there is still a black screen, you can only change a motherboard, and the problem should also appear on the motherboard.
In addition to the phenomenon of black screen caused by hardware reasons, there are also three "soft" reasons that may cause "black screen".
Software
I. The hardware acceleration setting is too high
Hardware acceleration can make the software processing a large number of graphics run more smoothly, but if the computer hardware acceleration is set too high, it may lead to "black screen" phenomenon. To solve the "black screen" fault, first try to reduce the hardware acceleration.
1. Click the windows start menu, click control panel, and then double-click display.
2. Select the "troubleshooting" tab and under "hardware acceleration", gradually drag the slider from "all" to the position close to "None".
3. Click OK.
II. Disable 3D acceleration or upgrade graphics card driver
If windows has been configured for 3D acceleration, but the graphics card does not support this function, a "black screen" failure may occur when running games or multimedia programs.
1. Click start, click Run, then type dxdiag in the open box and press enter.
2. Select the "display" tab and click the "test direct 3D" button under "DirectX function" to obtain the correct direct 3D function.
3. If a rotating cube does not appear on the screen, it indicates that the graphics card does not support 3D acceleration. At this point, click the disable button after direct 3D acceleration to disable this feature.
If your graphics card does not support 3D acceleration, in addition to disabling this function, you can also contact the graphics card manufacturer to update the driver to support DirectX 3D acceleration.
III. The driver of the graphics card is incompatible with the graphics card
DirectX setup may incorrectly detect the graphics card and install drivers that cannot drive normally. Please confirm whether the correct graphics card driver is used.
1. Click start, click control panel, and then double-click system.
2. Select the "hardware" tab, click the "device manager" button, then click the "+" sign in front of the "display card" or "display adapter", right-click the display adapter under it, and then click the "properties" button.
3. Select the "driver" tab and click the "driver details" button to display the used graphics card driver. If the driver you are using is incompatible with your graphics card, please click the update driver button in the driver tab, and then follow the on-screen instructions to install a new version of the driver for your graphics card.
