Sudden sports death refers to accidental death during or within 24 hours after exercise. At present, the main causes of sudden sports death are: sudden cardiac death, accounting for 80%; Sudden brain death accounted for 6% ~ 17%.

Special attention should be paid to the following 7 types of people when exercising:

2. Hypertension or arrhythmia;
3. Diabetic patients;
4. Cold patients;
5. Obesity with some metabolic disorders;
6. People without exercise habits and poor physique;
7. Children and the elderly who are too old.
