What if the computer broadband connection fails to open the web page

Many users said that they are clearly connected to broadband, but they can't open the web page when using the computer to surf the Internet. Next, I sorted out the relevant methods of how to do when the computer broadband connection is on the web page. I hope it will be helpful to you!

First of all, you must ask whether you have a router. If you have a useful router, please restart it and try it. It doesn't belong to the scope of this tutorial.

This tutorial is applicable to the direct external line connected to the computer or the network cable from the cat directly connected to the computer. It needs broadband connection!

The first possibility is to see if there is any arrears. If you use the telecom broadband and have a rainbow channel, the rainbow channel prompt will appear when you open the web page. It can also be linked. You can call 10000 according to the prompt.

The second is DNS error. Sometimes QQ can be on, but the page can't be opened.

In the lower right corner of the computer, right click the icon with triangle exclamation mark on the small computer

Select network and Sharing Center

Change adapter settings on the left

Select local connection or Ethernet (whichever is available), and right-click to select properties

Double click Internet Protocol version 4 (TCP / IP) in the box

Choose to use the following IP address, that is, manually obtain the IP address.

Fill in similar IP addresses in the figure. 123 can be filled in as other numbers between 2-254 (inclusive)

Then you can click OK after filling in. Just make sure.

Wait a moment and see if there is an exclamation mark in the lower right corner of the computer. If not, you can surf the Internet.
