Solution to the inability to open photos using the built-in administrator account

Now the win10 system is relatively perfect, but there will still be some problems that you can't use the built-in administrator account to open the application. For example, when you double-click to open the photo, it is often encountered that "you can't display the built-in administrator account to open the photo". Here are the relevant solutions that I sorted out that I can't use the built-in administrator account to open the photo. I hope they can help you!

Run. Press Win + R to enter the operation box, and enter secpol in the operation box MSC then determines to enter the local security policy editor.

Options found. Find the "security settings" → "local policy" → "security options" column.

Enter settings. Find "user account control: administrator approval mode for built-in administrator account" under security options, and double-click to enter the setting options.

Select enable. Select "enabled" in the setting box, click "apply" in the lower right corner, then "OK" and close the dialog box.

Restart the computer. This step is necessary. The computer must be restarted before it takes effect. The same effect can't open the picture before restarting. If it still doesn't work after restarting, please restart again.
