1; If the computer photo can't be opened, check whether you haven't downloaded the picture opening software. If not, download a picture opening software.
II; Restart the computer and try again. If it still doesn't work, the photo suffix format may be wrong. Change it to, for example, JPG normal Photo format and open it again.
III; The picture is damaged. Open it to repair it. Select my computer, then tools, then Folder Options, view it, clear the "use simple file sharing (recommended)" check box, and then click OK.
IV: if the mobile phone photo cannot be opened, it may be that the resolution of the photo is higher than the maximum resolution of the mobile phone. Then you can open it after opening the full screen with the computer.
V: if one of the mobile phones cannot be opened, it may be damaged. If it cannot be opened, restart the mobile phone and try again.
