Multi line intelligent optimal routing technology

Due to the special network situation in China, there is a bottleneck in the network bandwidth among several major domestic operators, which brings challenges to the development of. When deploying large-scale networks, users distributed in different operators' networks have the problems of large delay and small bandwidth. Iceflow applies for several Internet access lines of different operators at the headquarters through multi line intelligent selection technology (if there are already multiple lines, it will be used directly). When clients distributed in different operator networks visit the headquarters, they will automatically select the fastest line to connect to the headquarters network, avoiding the problem of too high delay in cross operator network visits.

With the acceleration of domestic information construction, it has become a wide application. At present, the network is difficult to be limited to the same operator. When users deploy the network on the basis of cross operator platforms, they often encounter that due to the parties connected to the network (especially when there are a large number of clients) choosing the lines provided by different operators, the communication between them is very slow, and even the application of the Intranet can not be used normally, which brings great trouble to their normal business development.

In general, we suggest that the user's headquarters and branches choose the lines of the same operator (such as telecommunications), so that the user can achieve ideal use effect without increasing cost. However, for some customers with large network scale and wide node distribution, there are hundreds or even thousands of nodes, and some users have used the access schemes of different operators in their original network. Changing the access line on a large scale is bound to greatly increase the workload of users, interrupt the network connection, and even increase the access cost of users, which is generally not accepted by users; In addition, some nodes simply cannot choose lines from different operators. For example, in the north, the broadband coverage of Telecom is relatively low, and many users can only apply for ADSL lines of Netcom. Therefore, this method can not fundamentally solve the problem.

Therefore, after careful research, Bingfeng network has developed multi line intelligent optimal routing technology, which can well solve the above problems. Users can apply for multiple Internet access lines at important network nodes (such as company headquarters and large regional centers) (such as applying for ADSL lines of Telecom and Netcom respectively), and use the multi line binding function of iceflow to enable multiple Internet exits as channels at these nodes at the same time. Clients connected by lines of different operators will automatically select the fastest line to connect to the center.

In this way, it can bring the following convenience to users:

1. Iceflow has specially added the "intelligent automatic selection" function to the multi line optimal routing technology. If the headquarters is a multi line, when each branch node builds a tunnel with the headquarters, the headquarters equipment can analyze and judge the access request of the client, and the client will also choose the optimal line, so that the user can get the fastest speed no matter where to browse the website or play online games.

2. It can enhance the exit bandwidth and network stability of the central node. If a certain line is interrupted, the policy protocol switches the client to the fault free line, the response speed is very fast, and there is almost no delay in the middle, which can minimize the cost and failover time. This not only ensures the safe and uninterrupted transmission of data, but also effectively realizes the diversion of data on each line, and ensures that a large number of clients can normally access the application server of the headquarters.

3. The ratio or quantitative regulation of and Internet traffic can be carried out according to the needs of customers to ensure that when the access bandwidth of multiple lines is inconsistent, the traffic can be reasonably distributed to multiple lines according to the bandwidth ratio.

At present, the technology of intelligent automatic selection of multiple lines has been mature applied in many customers, such as Southwest Normal University:

In order to enable residents and business travelers inside and outside the campus to access campus network resources in the same way outside the campus through the public network, Southwest Normal University has adopted iceflow f6500 Gigabit firewall as the gateway. Due to the wide distribution and different access methods of school branches and business travelers, the headquarters of the school adopts ADSL lines of many different operators such as telecom and Netcom. After each branch and business travelers access the Internet, the system can automatically select fast lines to build connections, so as to ensure the normal use of business in the system. When thousands of teaching staff of Southwest Normal University are out of school or on business, they can access the campus network through any line anytime and anywhere, so as to quickly transfer information and obtain resources.
