First find the file type -- > XLS, advanced -- > select open and click Edit
Remove the tick in front of DDE and change the program to:
"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\EXCEL.EXE" /e "%1"
For word, change to:
"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\WINWORD.EXE" /n "%1"
